Paper or poster registration procedure

Please follow the following steps to complete your paper/poster registration

  1. Prepare your camera ready paper and copyright form by following the instructions listed here.
  2. Submit your camera and signed scanned copy of IEEE copyright using paper/poster registration portal.
  3. Check the registration fee and complete the payment and author/attendee registration by following any of the following way:

    • Online Mode of Payment (Recommended)

      • Use our online payment system to complete the payment. It accespts Visa, MasterCard, DBBL Nexus, Mobile Banking(Bkash, Rocket, M Cash, MY Cash, AB Direct t-cash), Internet Banking(Islami Bank, Mutual Trust Bank, Bank Asia, AB Direct)

    • Offline Mode of Payment

      • Complete your payment using the following bank account details:

      • After completing the payment via bank transfer, please scan the payment receipt and upload the file here to complete the registration.
  4. You can check your paper registration status here.
    * If you use offline mode of payment, then please give use 1-2 working days to update your registration status.
    * Refund Policy: Any payment made mistakenly can be claimed for refund to iciet-info@du.ac.bd within three business days from the last date of payment

Registraion Fee

The following registration fee will be applied to all the participants (Authors/Attendees) of ICIET-2019

* If an author has multiple accepted papers, the author has to pay full registration fee for the first paper, 50% of the regular registration for the second and onward papers.
* For Chemical Engineering Track the Regitration Fee will be as- Local Author: BDT 2500, Foreign Author: USD 210
* Please note that you have to upload the following documents in order to avail the special discounted registration fee. You have to upload these document through the online registration portal, which will be available soon.

  • Student Category Discount – Proof of current studentship from the enrolled institution
  • IEEE Membership Category Discount – Proof of IEEE membership
* The student author registration fee for a poster paper will be 60% of the regular fee since the poster papers will not be sent to IEEE Xplore. However, the authors will get registration kits and access to all sessions including keynote speeches, technical sessions, invited talks, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, etc.
